The National e-Invoice System (KSeF) will be one of the most significant digital changes in the area of finance and taxation, coming into effect as early as next year. Its purpose will be to standardize the process of issuing, sending, and storing invoices in electronic form, as well as to ensure greater transparency in settlements between entities. In practice, KSeF will mean not only a change of tool, but also the need to adapt accounting processes and IT systems to the new reporting model, so it may also have a real impact on increasing control over the activities of entrepreneurs.

During the KIKE (National Chamber of Ethernet Communication) conference, Paweł Kossecki had the opportunity to explain what this revolution means in practice. During the event, I tried to answer the most important questions, such as:
- Is it possible to send invoices collectively or should they be sent individually?
- Is it possible to aggregate invoices in KSeF?
- What are the opportunities and threats associated with the introduction of this system?
