Ph.D. Paweł Kossecki
Ph.D. engineer Paweł Kossecki – Ph.D. in the Discipline of Finance, Tax Advisor, graduate of the Faculty of Chemistry at the Warsaw University of Technology, specialist in the valuation of intangible assets, Doctorate at the Leon Koźmiński University. Professor at PWSFTViT. L. Schiller in Łódź.
He gave lectures at the Faculty of Management of the University of Warsaw, Kozminski University, and the Warsaw School of Economics.
Author of four books and dozens of scientific publications in the field of finance, tax law and management sciences. Author of several dozen valuations in the field of intangible assets, in particular copyrights and industrial property rights realized, among others. as an ad hoc expert for the Courts of Appeal and District Courts, for Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa, Polski Holding Obronny (valuation of the results of R&D+W works).
He specializes in valuationny innovation of intangible assets (intellectual property rights), international lawtax and financial audits.
He served as a member of the State Examination Commission for Tax Consulting and the State Examination Commission for Candidates for Members of Supervisory Boards of State Treasury Companies.
He worked as an advisor in the field of the electricity sector and corporate governance at the Ministry of Treasury, the Chancellery of the Prime Minister and the Industrial Development Agency.
He has experience as a member of supervisory boards in media, telecommunications and mechanical industry companies.
Magdalena Tecław
Tax Advisor since 2005. Graduate of the Faculty of Management at the University of Gdańsk, majoring in Finance and Banking. She also studied Internationale Volkswirtschaftslehre at the Hochschule Bremen. She completed postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Adam Mickiewicz in Poznań and in the field of business psychology at the SWPS University.
Professionally associated with tax consulting for 20 years. She specializes in VAT and CIT, her particular interests include Transfer Pricing and Double Taxation Avoidance Agreements. She successfully represented taxpayers in tax proceedings before tax authorities and Administrative Courts. She participated in tax audits and large consulting projects for clients from the following industries: production, construction, transport and renewable energy.
Co-author of an IT tool for preparing comparative (benchmarking) analyses. In addition, she has the qualifications of a mediator, which she believes is very helpful in cooperation with both clients and tax authorities.
Sylwia Kogucińska
Marketing and Sales Assistant for Consultancy Services. First-year student at the Faculty of Management, University of Warsaw, with specialisation in Technology and Innovation Management.
Graduated with honours in 2023 with a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Psychology in Business at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń with a specialisation in PR Manager.
She is interested in marketing, with a particular focus on public relations activities including external and internal communication, event organisation and content creation (article writing and social media management). In addition, she also has a passion for public speaking (including speaking at conferences, moderating panel discussions and performing artistic repertoire).
She took her first steps in Marketing in 2022 - 2023 during her internship at Cereal Partners Poland Toruń Pacific.
