Conference entitled “Modern technologies in taxation
– challenges and opportunities” organized by IF SGH and the Mazovian Branch of KIDP
01st December 2025
Today, Paweł Kossecki took part in the conference “Modern technologies in taxation – challenges and opportunities” organized by the Institute of Finance of the Warsaw School of Economics and the Mazovian Branch of the National Chamber of Tax Advisers.
As part of Panel II: “The practice of tax advisors in the digital age,” Paweł Kossecki, together with Anna Misiak, Mikołaj Kondej, Mikołaj Pindelski, Hubert Godusławski, and Maciej Krajewski, discussed how modern technologies will affect the practice of tax advisors, the responsibility associated with their use, and the evolution of the profession, where knowledge of regulations is not enough, but knowledge of modern tools, social skills, and cooperation with specialists from other disciplines, such as management accounting, are also necessary.
Digital transformation in the area of taxation is no longer a distant prospect, but a reality that is gradually changing both the administration and the daily practice of advisors. Tools such as RPA, KSeF, AI, and analytical solutions, such as our KTP Analysis benchmarking program, not only organize processes, but also show the direction in which our industry is evolving.
Social relations and trust play an important role in the profession of tax advisor, which is why it is so important to be aware of the risks associated with the introduction of new technological solutions. New technologies can support the work of advisors, but only if they are implemented in a conscious and responsible manner.
