4. Retention Period for Your Personal Data
We will process your personal data for the duration of the contract performance, as well as for the limitation period of contractual claims under applicable laws. In the case of pre-contractual activities (e.g., initial consultations), data is processed for the time necessary to evaluate the case and present an offer, but no longer than one year from the date of the last contact.
