Panel discussion: KSeF and the security
of economic transactions as part of
the Welconomy conference
23rd February 2025
The Welconomy conference held in Toruń has been very popular for years. It is an economic forum that brings together representatives of business, public administration, science, and the media, gathering experts from all over the country and creating a space for substantive debate on key challenges for the Polish economy.

As part of this conference, Paweł Kossecki participated in a panel discussion on the National e-Invoice System (KSeF). Among the panelists was Krzysztof Rogowski (Director of the Analysis Department of the National Tax Administration, Ministry of Finance). The meeting was moderated by Luiza Pieprzyk (tax and e-control expert).

The discussion focused largely on the impact of KSeF on the security of economic transactions in our country. Attempts were made to answer the question of whether this is a tool that will actually improve the functioning of Polish enterprises, or rather a solution that increases the level of control over their activities. There was also some reflection on who would benefit most from the implementation of the system and who would lose the most.
